The festivities are filled with colorful processions, religious ceremonies, and traditional cultural performances. Pilgrims visit the Basílica Menor de Nuestra Señora de la Soledad, a beautiful church dedicated to the Virgin Mary, and indulge in traditional Mexican food sold by street vendors. The celebration also includes cultural events showcasing Oaxacan traditions, such as music, dance, and traditional costumes.
